The Straw Hat: Journal of Food and Agriculture is a student run journal and accredited club at the University of Guelph. The Straw Hat covers current topics in agriculture and food ranging from local food movements to animal welfare and agricultural policy. 

 

The Straw Hat aims to act as a voice for the food and agricultural industry, while educating consumers through informative and engaging written articles.
